Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA)

The environment gives us countless benefits that we cannot recompense in our entire life. However, by evaluating the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project and taking into account inter-related socio-economic, human-health and cultural impacts both beneficial and adverse, have been our responsibility.

We reduce adverse impacts at an early stage in project planning and design, shape projects to suit local environment and present the predictions and options to our clients. Through this, we have been able to help governments and organizations in executing their projects successfully.

We are able to do all this by interview the key informants, apply direct observation, we also, use unstructured questionnaires in specific residential and commercial zones.

Capacity building.

Through experience we have noticed that, many organizations focus all their energy on making profit and opening new branches leaving a void in important parts of the organization, like, governance and leadership, service delivery and impact, internal operations and management, strategic relations and others.

The above leads to a weak foundation in an organization and may lead to organizational instability, poor communication between leadership and staff, poor delivery and loss.

However, our consultant focuses on improving organizational ability to fulfil its mission through a blend of sound management, strong governance and dedication into gauging and achieving their goals.

We have this in collaboration with partners such as UNICEF, UNHABITAT and among others.
