The world over, business dynamics have always been changing and more so during this era of globalization. Traditional business settings are rapidly being replaced by modern day technology and thereby necessitating rethinking of business strategy for survival and sustainability. Francis Allen Consulting Ltd (FACL) since its inception been driven by the need for organization to build their internal capacities in order to grow and ultimately strategically position themselves for the future.
In this regard we have constantly engaged ourselves in growing our understanding of the essentials that guarantee optimal functionality of organizations both private and public under different environment. This in return gives us a greater leverage in providing tangible and realistic business solutions to our clients both public and private.Our wide range of experiences include, Strategic management, Communication Strategy, Energy, Environment, Community development and Engagement Strategy, Research and Trainings, Environmental Impact assessments and Business continuity planning, development and operationalization of performance management system including Kenya governments performance contract implementation and evaluation. These experiences have been accumulated in-house and are available to our clients at any one time.
