We undertook the environmental, health, safety, gender, HIV and social (EHSS) management plan implementation for the construction works for the Karimenu II Dam Water Supply Project which was financed by the Government of Kenya (GoK) and the Export-Import Bank of China.

Our work in the project was to ensure compliance with Kenyan legal and other requirements as well as contract conditions for promotion of environmental protection, workers safety and security, community safety and security and the overall environmental and social sustainability of the project.
